Arctic Disco

Fall 2025

Builders explored how people have danced and celebrated from the discos of the 1970s to the futuristic Arctic Discos of tomorrow! We learned about kinetic floors—tiles that turn dancing footsteps into electricity—and imagined how heat, light, and creativity could keep a disco glowing in the cold. Then we designed and built our own models of Arctic Discos of the future!
